    I hit 50 this past year. I realized that, since the clock is not going to turn back to when I was young and in shape, I am going to have to do it myself. I lost 40 pounds during the last year and have 20 more to go this year. I want to get healthy so that I can be around for my new grand daughter as well as the rest of my family. Therefore I have to put some more work in to achieve this goal and I think that this fit bit would help.

    Me and my husband have been. Watching what we eat, taking walks. this would be great to use. My husband has health issues, and needs to lose weight. He weights over 300 pound. and do good. this would help him a lot.

    Signed up with a local gym and plan to go 3 times a week at least. I will walk more and plan meals ahead of time.
